Eckburg Insurance Group

Eckburg Insurance Group is built upon the notion of family and has been servicing the personal and commercial insurance needs of the community for over 40 years. Their brandmark was initially updated with Conectiv. Once complete, it was time to create a larger, more transactional presence online. To begin, Conectiv conducted market research and gathered feedback from Eckburg employees to determine website structure. The new website needed to be a source of education, information, and testimonials – something that would help shoppers feel knowledgeable and confident in their decision to work with Eckburg and more likely to click on “Request a Quote.”

Equally as important, company culture, personality, and the relational approach to business needed to shine. Conectiv was immersed into the pulse of the agency through online employee surveys and video interviews. Direct quotes, impactful stories, and examples of community engagement were extracted, then intertwined into the content to better position the company as a local agency and appeal to the target audience.

The resulting website has built-in marketing ability through an active blogging platform and integrated social media channels. Conectiv also assisted Eckburg with the complete strategy, development, and production of a short documentary video featuring Dean Lowry, a customer and Rockford-native turned professional football player. The video is showcased on the website and integrated throughout communications platforms, such as email, social, and more.
